No Returns Accepted

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to:

- Attach a clear photo showing the item’s condition
To qualify for a resolution, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
In the rare case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we are committed to making it right. You may request a free replacement product within 30 days of delivery by submitting a claim through our “Submit Issue” form, including a clear photo of the problem.
Exchanges and Store Credit Policy

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Each product is custom-made to order, so we encourage you to carefully review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions before completing your purchase.
Incomplete Orders / Missing Items Policy
At Poduno, we are committed to ensuring every order arrives complete and as expected. If your order is missing any item or component, we will gladly process a replacement for the affected products.

You must report incomplete orders or missing items within 10 days from the date your package is marked as delivered.
📸 What’s Required to Submit a Claim

Replacement orders will be processed only after our team verifies that the original shipment was incomplete.
