Refund Policy
Due to this custom nature, we cannot support returns or exchanges if the customer selects the wrong size or color or changes their mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
We are committed to making it right in the rare event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. You can request a free reprint or a refund by contacting us within 30 days of product delivery. To do so, please use our “Submit Issue” form and include a clear photo showing the problem.
Important Notes:
- Refund Process: Refunds are credited to your Poduno account balance, which you can withdraw to return the funds to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not in United States Dollars (USD), the refund will be processed directly to the original payment source.
- Multiple Product Issues: If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame for verification.
- Size and Color Errors: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer. In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you may choose to have the order reprinted at an additional cost or receive a partial refund.
