Damaged or Defective Products
We are committed to making it right in the rare event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. You can request a free product with us within 30 days of product delivery. To do so, please use our “Submit Issue” form and include a clear photo showing the problem.
Important Notes:
- Refund Process: Refunds are credited to your Poduno account balance, which you can withdraw to return the funds to your original payment method. The refund will be processed directly to the original payment source if your billing currency is not in United States Dollars (USD).
- Multiple Product Issues: If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame for verification.
