Refund Policy
At Poduno, we specialize in print-on-demand, meaning every product is made uniquely upon order. Due to this custom nature, we are unable to support returns or exchanges if your customer selects the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we are committed to making it right. You can request a free reprint or a refund by contacting us within 30 days of product delivery. To do so, please use our “Submit Issue” form and include a clear photo showing the problem.
Important Notes:
- Refund Process: Refunds are credited to your Poduno account balance, which you can withdraw to return the funds to your original payment method. Please note that if your billing currency is not in United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be processed directly back to the original payment source.
- Multiple Product Issues: If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame for verification.
- Size and Color Errors: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer. In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you may choose to have the order reprinted at an additional cost or receive a partial refund.
- Print Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a slight variance in print placement up to 0.5″ is normal and will not be considered a defect.
